Leap Credit lends to and services loans for legal resident of the states of Alabama, Idaho, Missouri, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin that are above the age of 18. All interested persons who provide Leap Credit information stating that they are residents in one of the aforementioned states certify that they are in fact a resident of one of the aforementioned states. For residents of states other than the aforementioned states, Leap Credit connects such interested persons with a lender or lending partner from its network of approved lenders and lending partners. Leap Credit does not control and is not responsible for the actions or inactions of any lender or lending partner, is not an agent, representative or broker of any such lender or lending partner and does not endorse any lender or lending partner. Leap Credit may receive compensation from its lenders and lending partners. It is possible that Leap Credit’s ability to connect interested persons with Lenders may not be available in all states. If you request to connect with a lender or lending partner in a particular state where such loans are prohibited, or in a location where Leap Credit does not have an available lender or lending partner, you will not be connected to a lender or lending partner. Filing an application with Leap Credit does not guarantee approval for a loan or a specific loan amount. The application process will require a valid email address, SSN, home address, and employment information. We, or our lenders and lending partners, may reach out to interested persons seeking further information that will allow us and our lenders and lending partners to better assess their credit worthiness. The loan amounts, terms, and fees will vary between borrowers based on our and our lenders’ and lending partners’ verification process regarding income, financial history, and credit history. Non-payment or late payments can result in additional penalties. All of these factors are tightly governed by state laws.
