Set up a new payment plan
If you’re having trouble making your payments on a regular basis, you can change your payment plan in several ways:
- Change your payment dates
- Switch your payment frequency
- Make partial payments

Late fees
If you miss a payment, you may be charged a late fee due to state regulations. The fee structure looks like this:
South Carolina
5% of the missed payment amount if not paid in full within 10 days, but not to exceed $18.50.
Wisconsin
Lesser of $10 and 5% of the missed payment amount if not paid in full within 10 days.
Missouri
Greater of $15 and 5% of the missed payment amount if not paid in full within 15 days, but not to exceed $50.
Mississippi
10% of the missed payment amount if not paid in full within 10 business days.
Texas
5% of the missed payment amount if not paid in full within 10 days.
Utah
Greater of $30 and 5% of the missed payment amount.
